About Us

Launching in 2025-26, the Elevate Schools Network will provide intensive support to a cohort of schools. Elevate will invest in school leaders and educators, provide additional resources, and implement proven improvement strategies. The Network Team provides tailored support to principals, educators and Instructional Leadership Teams (ILTs) to develop strong instructional and school culture systems.

Vision

We elevate schools by providing focused support, proven practices, and achieving lasting success for educators and students.

Mission

We drive consistency, accountability, and high-impact execution across all Elevate Network schools by setting clear expectations and delivering the right development, resources, and support. This strong foundation accelerates student outcomes while allowing agency and professionalism in implementation.

We are committed to meeting each school where it is, ensuring every school has the targeted support needed to reach and sustain success.

School Identification

The district analyzed all elementary and ECE-8 schools’ School Performance Frameworks (SPFs) and current student data. Then, we reviewed data for schools on the Colorado Department of Education (CDE) State Accountability Clock or that had recently exited the clock to narrow down the final 8.

All district-run schools receive foundational support through their Network and the Academic Support Model. All other Tiered Schools will continue to receive intensive support from the School Improvement Team (SIT).

As part of the Department of School Transformation, the Elevate Network Team supports all 8 schools in the network through targeted support and additional resources aligned to proven school improvement best practices.

We also collaborate across district departments to ensure schools in the network are receiving rapid support to address any operational barriers.

What will the network support each school with?

1. Rigorous and Aligned Instruction and Intervention

Schools in the network will receive support in using district-approved materials, proven teaching strategies to increase student performance, checking student progress often, and ensuring that school schedules have time for students to receive extra help.

2. Intentional School Culture

Schools in the network will receive support in maintaining a positive, safe and welcoming environment for all students, have clear school-wide expectations, and consistently work on improving attendance while reducing absences.

Benefits of Being Part of the Elevate Schools Network

We will provide ongoing professional learning opportunities, including real-time coaching and collaborative planning sessions tailored for both educators and school leaders.

School Leaders

Each school leadership team will receive support from an experienced former principal who provides feedback and resources to help leaders improve instruction and school culture. Additionally, principals will have access to resources for programs that enhance student performance. Further, school leaders will be part of a learning community, all working together toward shared network goals of creating positive experiences for both students and staff.

Educators

Teachers will get access to additional resources aimed at improving student performance. They will spend more time adjusting lessons to meet student needs and less time creating materials. Additionally, teachers will have time each week to review student data, practice lessons together, and receive coaching to improve their teaching and planning.
